filter housing (20-year warranty) - Filter medium
- Time-controlled automation for backwash
Functional description
When the water passes through the ion-exchange medium, the arsenic is absorbed and purified water is obtained.
To agitate the filter medium and prevent channel formation, the medium is backwashed after specified intervals.
How often this takes place depends on the water characteristics as well as the estimated water consumption. The filter media are replaced once the filter medium has reached its degree of saturation.
